Official title & purpose

Zoning – Conditional Use Conversion of Single-Family Dwelling Units to 2 Dwelling Units Each in the R-8 Zoning District – Variance – 525 N Calhoun Street and 510 N Gilmor Street FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the conversion of a single-family dwelling unit to 2 dwelling units in the R-8 Zoning District on the property known as 525 N Calhoun Street (Block 0125, Lot 042) and the conversion of a single-family dwelling unit to 2 dwelling units in the R-8 Zoning District on the property known as 510 N Gilmor Street (Block 0122, Lot 005), as outlined in red on the accompanying plats; granting a variance to 510 N Gilmor Street regarding certain bulk regulations (lot size area); and providing for a special effective date.
