Official title & purpose

Zoning – Use Standards – Residential-Care Facilities FOR the purpose of prohibiting more than a specified number of occupants in each bedroom of a residential-care facility; requiring the owner or operator of a residential-care facility to keep a record of occupants for each bedroom in the facility; requiring the owner or operator of a residential-care facility to provide the record of occupants to any City agency upon request; and defining certain terms.
